By accessing den-gallery.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you ("you", "User") enter into a binding agreement with Den Gallery — the trade name of Den Gallery for Management and Organization of Exhibitions and Conferences (S.P.C.), a single-person company duly registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Register No. 372519 and License No. 2017/962 ("we", "us"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site.
You represent that you (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have full legal capacity to contract, (c) provide accurate registration information, and (d) have not been previously banned from the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@den-gallery.com of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
When you use "Sign in with Google", you authorize us to receive your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture, Google account ID) solely to authenticate you and create or link a Den Gallery account. You may revoke this connection at any time from your Google account settings; doing so may prevent you from logging in unless you set a password with us.
When you use "Sign in with Apple", you authorize us to receive your name (on first sign-in only) and an email address (which may be a private Apple relay address if you select "Hide My Email") together with an Apple user identifier, solely to authenticate you and create or link a Den Gallery account. You may revoke this connection at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple on your Apple device; doing so may prevent you from logging in unless you set a password with us.
Artworks are unique items. Once sold, they are no longer available.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but actual artworks may differ slightly due to physical medium, lighting, and screen calibration. Sizes, materials, and artist information are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the artist.
Giftshop items are subject to stock availability.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error, or other reasonable cause.
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refund.
Payment is processed through uPayments (KNET, Visa, MasterCard, and other supported methods). We do not store complete payment card details.
7.1 Delivery within Kuwait is arranged through our logistics partners. International delivery is available by arrangement.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.
7.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible delivery address.
Due to their unique and original nature, sales of artworks are final, except where the artwork is received damaged in transit or materially differs from its description. Such claims must be reported in writing with photographs to info@den-gallery.com within 7 days of delivery.
Unused giftshop items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days of return acceptance.
9.1 All Site content — including logos, layout, text, software, and our trademarks — is owned by Den Gallery or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 Each artwork remains the copyright of the respective artist. Purchasing an artwork transfers physical ownership only and does not transfer copyright, reproduction, or commercial exploitation rights, which remain with the artist.
9.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, artist listings, or other content, you grant Den Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with operating the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content. We may remove any content at our reasonable discretion.

The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Kuwaiti law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Den Gallery, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (Sections 9, 12, 13, 14, 17) will survive.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, pandemic, internet/telecom failure, or supplier failure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait City have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that allow you to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting; we will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Den Gallery and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Site.
