1. Who We Are
Den Gallery ("Den Gallery", "we", "us", or "our") is the trade name of Den Gallery for Management and Organization of Exhibitions and Conferences (S.P.C.), a single-person company duly registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Register No. 372519 and License No. 2017/962. We operate the website den-gallery.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your Personal Data when you visit the Site, register an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. 2. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, customers, registered users, and artists ("you"). It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Account data: name, email address, mobile number, password.
- Profile data: gender, nationality, date of birth, Civil ID (when required for verification).
- Address data: delivery and billing addresses.
- Order data: items purchased, transaction history.
- Artist data (for artists listing works): biography, banking details for payouts, artwork details.
- Communications: messages you send us via the Site, email, or SMS.
3.2 Information from third parties
- Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password. This data exchange is governed by Google's privacy policy in addition to ours.
- Apple Sign-In: If you choose to sign in using your Apple ID, we receive your name (on first sign-in only) and an email address, together with an Apple user identifier. We never receive your Apple password. If you select Apple's "Hide My Email" option, the email we receive is a private relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com) that Apple forwards to your real inbox — we will not see your real email address. This data exchange is governed by Apple's privacy policy in addition to ours.
- Payment processor (uPayments): We receive transaction confirmation. We do not store full card numbers.
- SMS gateway: Delivery status for transactional messages.
3.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, operating system.
- Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).
4. How We Use Your Information
We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

We share Personal Data only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements: uPayments (payments), kwtsms.com (SMS), email/hosting providers, delivery partners.
- Google LLC, when you elect to use Sign-In with Google.
- Apple Inc., when you elect to use Sign-In with Apple.
- Government or regulatory authorities when legally required (court order, tax inspection, etc.).
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
We do not sell your Personal Data to anyone.
6. International Data Transfers
Some service providers (e.g., Google, Apple, cloud hosting) may process your data outside Kuwait. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Essential cookies: required for login sessions and security.
- Functional cookies: remember your preferences (language, cart).
- Analytics cookies: understand how the Site is used (only with your consent).
You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of any significant data breach as required by applicable law.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the Personal Data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations in Section 8).
- Withdraw consent to marketing or other consent-based processing at any time.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent Kuwaiti authority.

11. Children
The Site is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately.

The Site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
